Customer Care

Midwest Gaming is only in business because we treat our customers well. We are not a fancy store with a ton of social media presence or marketing ploys to gain customers. We gain and retain customers by standing behind our equipment we offer with customer support that does not stop at the equipment they buy from us but also any equipment they may need help with. We have grown a strong customer base through word of mouth and continued service after the sale.

Payment Methods

- Credit / Debit Cards (3.3% Fee on items over $1k) Must be in person

- Personal/Business Checks (required to clear prior to shipment)
- PAYPAL Friends/Family Only

- Offline Payments
