Return & Exchange Policy
We ship out all the games/items with our own carrier when games are new or used. It is the responsibility of the receiver/purchaser to indicate any damage at the time of delivery. If there is any visible damage, you must refuse the shipment or write it directly on the bill of lading and have the driver also initial that the item was damaged in transit. If you do not do so, there is a good chance any insurance claim will be denied.
In home delivery and set up. We offer in home delivery and set up in the Chicago land area and some extension of that area. If you are more than 50 miles from our location, please reach out for confirmation that we can deliver and set up your game.
We do allow you to use your own carrier however you will have to sign a release prior to your carrier picking up the items at our warehouse. Please contact us regarding your own shipping service.
All new games or accessories carry the manufacturer warranty.
STERN PINBALL INC LIMITED WARRANTY Stern Pinball Inc (‘SELLER’) warrants only to the initial purchaser of its products that the items listed below are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the warranty period specified: • Printed circuit boards (game logic): 2 months • Dot Matrix / LCD Display: 9 months No other parts of seller’s product are warranted. Warranty periods are effective from the initial date of shipment from seller to its authorized distributors. Seller’s sole liability shall be, at its option, to repair or replace products which are returned to seller during the warranty periods specified, provided: 1. 2. Seller is notified promptly upon discovery by purchaser that stated products are defective. Such products are properly packaged and then returned freight prepaid, to seller’s plant. This warranty does not apply to any parts damaged during shipment and/or due to improper handling, or due to improper installation or usage, or alteration. In no event shall the seller be liable for any anticipated profits, loss of profits, loss of use, accidental or consequential damages, or any other losses incurred by the customer in connection with the purchase of a Stern Pinball Inc Product.
WARRANTY, REPAIR, AND RETURN POLICY 90-day warranty on all electronic components. All warranty periods begin on the date of purchase from Incredible Technologies, Inc. There is a minimum $75.00 service charge for all non-warranty repairs or returns. For all servicing, return to Incredible Technologies, Inc. ANY non-factory repair or attempted repair voids warranty.
USED GAMES: All used games are sold as-is without warranty. We do however work with our customers if any issue should arise. We understand some of these games are decades old and although they work great now they could run into an issue shortly after a purchase. We are here to help and will take each instance on a case by case basis. We have been in business since 2002 and that is only because we take care of our customers before and after a sale.
