  • If this site does not charge during check out, when do I pay?
    Once your order is created, we reach out with an invoice via email for payment. If your game is not in stock or is a preorder, we will reach out only once your game arrives in our warehouse and send an invoice at that time.
  • What warranty to you offer on games/accessories?
    All new games or accessories carry the manufacturer warranty. Stern Pinball: STERN PINBALL INC LIMITED WARRANTY Stern Pinball Inc (‘SELLER’) warrants only to the initial purchaser of its products that the items listed below are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the warranty period specified: • Printed circuit boards (game logic): 2 months • Dot Matrix / LCD Display: 9 months No other parts of seller’s product are warranted. Warranty periods are effective from the initial date of shipment from seller to its authorized distributors. Seller’s sole liability shall be, at its option, to repair or replace products which are returned to seller during the warranty periods specified, provided: 1. 2. Seller is notified promptly upon discovery by purchaser that stated products are defective. Such products are properly packaged and then returned freight prepaid, to seller’s plant. This warranty does not apply to any parts damaged during shipment and/or due to improper handling, or due to improper installation or usage, or alteration. In no event shall the seller be liable for any anticipated profits, loss of profits, loss of use, accidental or consequential damages, or any other losses incurred by the customer in connection with the purchase of a Stern Pinball Inc Product. Incredible Technologies: WARRANTY, REPAIR, AND RETURN POLICY     90-day warranty on all electronic components. All warranty periods begin on the date of purchase from Incredible Technologies, Inc. There is a minimum $75.00 service charge for all non-warranty repairs or returns. For all servicing, return to Incredible Technologies, Inc. ANY non-factory repair or attempted repair voids warranty.
  • When will I get my game/accessory?
    Some of the items we carry are currently in production at our supplier. The lead times of items vary by title and manufacturer. We will keep our store up to date with the expected arrival date of the items. Once you place an order, we will confirm your order and the expected arrival date for your game. Games that are in stock will ship right away. We will reach out to you to set up the shipment or arrange for you to pick your game up in person. Accessories that are in stock will ship via UPS within a few business days.
  • Do you charge sales tax?
    If you reside in IL and do not have a resale certificate or have a tax exempt status we do charge sales tax. The sales tax rate is 8%. If you reside out of IL and are having your game shipped, we do not need to charge sales tax. We can only ship to your billing address.
  • Trade ins and sales tax credit?
    We accept all types of trade ins on our new and used equipment. Please reach out with the item you are looking to trade in and we can provide you with a value. When you trade items in, they do reduce the taxable balance and thus save you a good portion of the tax owed.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    For all items, we accept: Checks (need to clear before game is released/shipped) Wire Transfers Cash Credit Cards - Accepted in person and there is a 3% additional fee charged on orders over $1,000
  • What is your return policy?
    All sales are final. We do not accept returns. If we ship an item and it is damaged in transit, we will accept the item back and you will receive a full refund. This does require you to notify the shipper at time of delivery of the potential damage. If you see a damaged box or package, you MUST write directly on the bill of lading that the item was received damaged or deny the shipment and the carrier will load the item back up. If you do not indicate that the item was received damaged at the time of delivery, you will not be able to return the item to us. By accepting a shipment and signing for it, you are accepting the item as it arrived. This is a shipper requirement and not our company requirement.
